Bequests
Remembering St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center in your will or living trust is a personal way to extend the influence of your life.
Charitable Gift Annuity
A charitable gift annuity is a transfer of your financial assets or real estate to a nonprofit organization, such as St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center, that pays you a fixed income for the rest of your life. Upon your death, the remaining principal is paid to the organization.
Charitable Remainder Trust
A charitable remainder trust is a significant irrevocable gift of cash or property. You receive an immediate charitable deduction and a lifetime of income for yourself or for your beneficiaries with the principal eventually transferring to St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center.
Life Estate Gift
A life estate gift is an excellent choice for those who plan to leave a residence to St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center. With a life estate gift, you deed your property to St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center now, but reserve the right to continue living in the residence.
